Just wanted to note that I’ve started a series of articles on planning and organizational skills for students. I’m a homeschool parent, so I’m particularly attuned to the issues of kids like mine, but I notice that many of my kids’ more traditionally schooled friends struggle with planning and organization–perhaps even more so than many homeschooled kids? I don’t think brick and mortar schools do any better at helping students learn this crucial set of skills, and it’s taken me years to figure out what really matters and what doesn’t, so I thought I’d toss my thoughts out there for all of y’all.
